Hello, thank you for being here💖 My goal is to keep your fur baby in a calm stress FREE environment, grooming can be scary for them, there for they will not be crated my appointments are based on a One on One. My time will be strictly for them, accommodations can be done.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand things happen, but a minimum of a 24 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment or cancel it. If you do a NO SHOW with no previous contact you will be charged a 20% of your service. If your fur baby is very very difficult to work with you will receive your deposit back, unless I was able to get through a good bunch of service, an accommodation price will be set with you.
